Unlocked Device No Voicemail App

The voicemail app is not working for me on my unlocked note 10+ just keeps saying checking account. Any ideas?

Long press it and tap info go to storage and clear data,cache and force stop....repeat if necessary

On my unlocked Note 10+, I have a VVM app called Voicemail. The app details show that it was downloaded from the Galazy play store. A search in the Galaxy Store doesn't find it. I think that it was installed when I got the phone from Samsung. This app works with my AT&T account.

AT&T just did something, just downloaded.

I thought that too. I've had several voicemail left and I have to call into my VM.

If you clear your data and force stop your voicemail then get a message do you get this message ?

I should say that I am too unlocked but using the Verizon network
I only seem to be getting Voicemails

Can you give me an idea of how to do this. Been on an iPhone for the last 5 years so I don't know much about android. Did try one last year but it had a VVM installed already.

I do. But when I long press it, it dials into my VM. I'm so use to iPhone with having the VVM. I just thought Samsung had this figured out.

Try in the app drawer , 3 dots upper right corner tap and go to GALAXY essential scroll through the list

Yeah just checked and nothing there either. Do you think of I remove my Sim card it'd show up? If not I guess I'm out of luck.

Double check essential and GALAXY play store my page .

it's funny what different things folks want or don't and use or don't. every new phone I've had to contact sprint to turn the dang voice mail off. hate phones and hate voice mail worse.

if I can talk to you I do, and if I can't I'll call you right back and not waste your time leaving me a voice mail. it's a courtesy I provide my clients. I take the call or I call right back. and if you're a spammer or someone I don't want to talk to, I sure don't want to waste my time deleting voice mails.

it was such a nice surprise with my unlocked through sprint not to have voice mail forced on me. loving it. if I change my mind, I'll figure it out, but until that day comes, bliss...
