Try to get someone to voice mail you maybe it will activate itI'll keep trying. It doesn't let me do anything in the app. The moment I open I get that message and nothing.

I have the unlocked model on VerizonI thought that too. I've had several voicemail left and I have to call into my VM.
Just so I am clear on this. With my unlocked N10+ the VVM is a paid service at $2.99 a month
Yeah definitely can try thatI never had it until I pressed the icon under the number 1 on the dialer
I asked if he had that but I might have missed his reply .
Once I hit that it loaded and I then had the icon on my front page
Doesn't cost me anything with an unlocked N10+ on AT&T.
It's been awhile but you may have to enable it on the Verizon site or my Verizon app first but make sure you don't enable premium. Unless you had it before of course. This is where I am confused. Verizon window comes up to sign up for the VVM
Why get it if you don't need it though?I suggest y'all get a Google Voice number .. set up VM with it .. best thing works with every phone and carrier ... You can get VM on it's app have text sent and even emails... You pick it ..

I had it along time ago....I used it for a day....it wasnt that convenient....I actually found an app that was good going back a few years but don't remember the name. It worked almost like Google voice but better. As soon as Verizon offered free basic visual voicemail I gave it upand all you get is spam voice mail too. it was unbearable. like wading through quicksand. don't get one
I find it useful. mainly because I use different phones and different carriers. If I get a voicemail it goes to the app and I can listen to it from Google Voice app on any phone. I can mark it spam if I wish or block number. If I'm in area without signal my message is waiting via text if I choose to use that way of notification. Also I can have an email with details sent to me. Having a Google number is convenient when I don't want to give my main numbers to others. Every carrier is supported and once I set up a new phone which is frequent I'm good. Why get it if you don't need it though?
