Unlocked Sprint to AT&T software update

Bought a Galaxy S10 from Sprint when it first came out, recently got it paid off and unlocked it, then transferred to AT&T.

The main question is, I haven't seen any major software updates since transferring.

Model number: SM-G973U
Latest security patch is sitting at September 1st, 2019

What am I missing? I've tried checking for updates basically everyday for a couple weeks straight.

Have you tried smart switch?

Yep, nothing with smart switch seems to be working for updating either.

Yea, as "helpful" as AT&T websites can be, that much was pretty well stated. I'm thinking I may need to just try a fresh restart (reset from settings, etc.), I'm not too keen on trying to flash anything.

I might be able get you to update through SD card just load it on there and go in recovery .
This from Att has been long issue
