Unlocked the bootloader on my One X and flashed CM10, no Play Store or other Google apps. What now?

So I had an extra One XL that I voided the waranty on when I tried to repair the screen. So I unlocked the bootloader and sucesfully flashed CM10 nightly on there. So a couple situations I was hoping you folks could help me resolve.

1) When I put my SIM card into the CM10 phone it doesn't pick up a signal. Did I forget a step?
2) Google Play Store and other Google apps are not on the phone, how do I get them?

Still pretty new to all this, your help will be much appreciated.

Cheers!

Sounds like you may need to flash the proper radio for your version of one x... It is a one XL, isn't it? And whenever you flash a rom, gapps are not included (google apps)... They have to be flashed separately.

If you have the OneXL I would suggest flashing Nocturnal'd Dirty Rom... All the latest cm updates get built into it, it's a great rom with good battery life....

Cool. So I notice there are like 100 links for the gapps, how do I know which one I want? And the Nocturnal Dirty Rom, can I flash it using command prompt? And with CM10 I had to flash the boot.img separately before flashing the .zip folder, will the same thing apply here?

Edit: I meant can I use TWRP to install the gapps like i did with CM10?

Right below the download link for dirty rom, are dirty gapps (he threw in some 4.2 elements). And every rom you flash (if you have hboot 1.14) you will need to fastboot via cmd on the PC, then install in TWRP afterword. I use flash GUI app instead of connecting to a PC; same process -- open the app, select the rom.zip, flash it, reboot to recovery then install same zip in TWRP
