Unlocked Verizon to use AT$T, how do I ....?

I bought an unlocked Verizon phone and it works great with my GoPhone sim card.

How do I get rid of the constant annoying error message telling me "SIM card is not from Verizon" ?

Will rooting the phone get rid of all the Verizon junk?

You would need to root, then install a third party rom.

It could be, just depends on the source.

What phone? On Samsung phones no need root for that, when I had my note4 I could force stop setup wizard. And it would disappear
