Unlocking and Rooting the HTC One - AT&T, Dev, Unlocked and International model

Hey everyone, is this way still valid to unlock and root the HTC One? Mine just updated to 4.4.2 and wondering if that will change the process.

The process should be the same. Unlock at HTCDev and then flash a recovery so you can root.

I tried unlocking the bootloader, been am getting stuck. the directions on HTC's site show how to get the token, but when I follow the instructions, instead of getting the token in the command prompt, I get the following:



Could it be that this has already been done (I bought the phone used)?

You have a typo in your cmd, Its best to copy & paste from the HTC instruction page.
yiu havs fastboot oen , it should be oem

So now that I have the boot loader unlocked, I need to flash the recovery. But the link in the OP leads to a site where all the download links for the one click tool are removed. So I tried the link to the manual method, and those are gone too. Any ideas?
