While I hope the panda brings good news (I like panda's), lets keep in mind that AFAIK no signed bootloader on any phone has ever been fully unlocked (i.e. decrypting the key used). There may be workarounds, these may get patched in the next OTA, it's always a war between the carriers and XDA.

This locked bootloader isn't a game and keeping your methodology a secret isn't very nice.

Exactly. Those that are skeptical obviously have no idea who he is. This is the best news we have so far. I wonder if the world unlock update will unlock the bootloader too and both are coming 14 days from the release date? Would be awesome.
