Update: I just got my Tracking number too, coming from Louisville, KY to Dayton,OH. Mine is scheduled for Delivery tomorrow. Just for reference I ordered the White from spring, placed the order yesterday afternoon. I chose white because I wanted to be sure to get it and not deal with stock issues with the more popular black model.

One more point to add, I didn't receive a gmail with the updated status, I have been checking the order tracking page like a hawk every couple of hours.

Hmmm. When I go to the order status page the status part just goes status: and nothing after. Is this normal? I did port my number from Verizon, does this delay? Hmmm.

Doesn't sound normal. I don't have much experience with sprint though. I ported a number from a $5 tracfone I bought specifically for porting in. My other line on my account was a port in from Straightalk and it had no issues either. Maybe a hold up on VZW end.

Hmmm well hopefully it's just a glitch and a package will appear on my door step tomorrow. Crossing my fingers.

I am also porting a number from Verizon and also have no new status.

Hmmmm. Well we will see what happens. I don't know why porting a number would hold a phone from shipping assuming they don't have to touch the phone to port a number. But the fact that we are having the same problem makes me skeptical that there isn't a problem.

For anybody that got a ship notice from Sprint, when did you order? Just curious.

I ordered early on Nov 2, still no update on my order. Status still says "try to deliver by Nov 8". Hope they get it out today and overnight it.

I ordered mine Tuesday and got the tracking number last night, should be at my house sometime today. I did order the White one as it seems to be the least popular of the two and I will case it up anyways.

Good to see the Sprint pre-orders begin shipping. I'll be getting mine today (purchased via Play Store) and will need to stop by Sprint and get card for LTE. Hopefully the local store has some in stock otherwise I'll need to order and wait a few days...

Was excited that a tracking number was finally posted to my order. It finally loaded into the UPS system and they sent it with Two Day service.
Now it looks like I will have to sit throught the entire weekend waiting for my phone. Boooo.

Only hope I have for a happy weekend is that it gets to the UPS depot here tomorrow afternoon and I use My UPS to hold it at the depot and pick it up Saturday morning. I have done this before, just depends when it gets to the depot.

Did you get it activated? If you did what was the issue?

Also, did the phone come in the same box as the google play phones, or was it sprint branded? Was the SIM pre-installed? Just curious.

Apparently I had an issue porting my number in, got it taken care of this morning finally. The only difference I have noticed is the printed label with the barcodes is actually on the blue sleeve, not the white box. The SIM is pre-installed and there is no branding on the device other than what the play store version has. It looks exactly the same. One thing to note is the lack of a SIM tray opening tool but being sprint I expected that. My Moto X didn't have one either or the HTC One I had before that.

Edited: I was wrong about the SIM Key not being in the Moto X box. it was included, but the SIM was pre-installed

I ordered mine on Nov 1st and my tracking number showed up on the sprint my order page. Never received a email. Got my phone the next day.

I am porting a number also so you have me somewhat nervous. Did you have to call from a different line then the number you are porting? My cell phone is my only phone so I wonder if I will have to go someplace where I have access to another phone to get setup.
