Unofficial poll: What size phone do you prefer?

I've got an HTC One which is a perfect size and screen resolution for me. I had an iPhone 4 a while back, which was OK but the screen was a little too small in comparison.

The bigger the better. Could not go smaller then my note 2 and I can't wait for the 3 because it is rumored to be 6.3.

Note 2, it's true, ,size is everything!

The Galaxy Mega is the 6.3" device with S2 specs. Something I really don't understand.
I know what you mean about going smaller. The S3 screen feels tiny to me compared to the Note 2.

4.7 to 5 inches is what I prefer my phones screen size being.

I think I'm in this group as well.... I really enjoy using my Nexus 4, but I am struggling a bit with the size of my Note 2.

After almost six months now with the Note 2, I just can't imagine going back to anything smaller than a 5.5" screen. Love all that screen real estate! :D Never had a problem with the phone's size, quickly adapted to it and have no problem holding it up to my ear or using it one-handed. Needless to say, I'm eagerly waiting for the Note 3! :p

A 5 inch screen is the max size screen for me

I couldn't go smaller than 5", and probably no bigger than 5.5". My DNA screen feels normal sized now that I've had it for a few months, but feels monstrous compared to devices sub 5". My husbands note 2 feels larger compared to my phone, but manageable, as I keep my phone in my back pocket and it still fits decently, with about 1/4 of the phone sticking out. I use my phone with both hands, anyways.
