If you can, check the phones out in a store to see if the size difference will make a difference. I had the base model for a few years and then went to the plus and had for a few years. Last year decided to try the Ultra and I wound up returning because it actually cramped my hands after holding for a bit. I don't know what the actual weight difference is but felt too hefty too. That is my opinion of course and many users here have no issues at all. I find the plus to be a nice middle ground.

Yea it definitely feels off at first, when I went from a regular S10 to the S20 Ultra....woah...yea you notice the bulk and weight and everything. But now I'm so acclimated to the larger phones after owning all the current Ultras that now smaller phones feel weird and too small and don't even notice the size/weight anymore and it feels normal heh.
