unread count badges on nova

For some reason my counter option in nova settings keeps turning itself off!
It'll work fine for a day or 2 then just stop.
Open up settings and it's been switched off.
Any one else experience this?

In Tesla Unread settings, Notification Watcher Bar, toggle on and selected apps toggle on?

Found the problem.
I had the force stop selected in the smart manager (apps) on telstra..
Job done

I have this same problem on my Note 4 - Unread Count Badges keeps toggling to off. Can u explain how you fixed this?

Hi all, not sure if you have already discovered this fix or have read it in other forums but by disabling Nova and Teslaunread out of the App Optimisation, this behaviour has stopped completely and I haven't had to turn it back on again since. Hope this helps you out.
