unroot samsung galaxy nexus sprint

bought a galaxy nexus for my g/f that came with jelly bean, I'd be psyched to have it on my phone but like most g/f's they just want their phone to work and get ota updates. I have a mac, how would I flash this back to stock and then unroot it? Whomever did it used cwm which I have heard and used on a friend's droidx.

In listening to the podcast every week I hope everything I hear about the helpfulness of the forums lives up to its hype!
