Until it's official release, I found a free keyboard that some of you may our may not know about. Touch pal keyboard. It has a Swype it has Swype like functions & it remembers words. This really helps with the Nexus7.

I wondered if it would work on the N7 (havent received mine yet from the mothership).

I gave up on swype a long time ago when I found Touchpal.

I actually like Touchpal a lot better.

I use swiftkey on my phone, but gave up on it on the N7. The keyboard is about 1/3 the height of the stock keyboard, making it hard to type in portrait. It was fine in landscape. I've used thumbkeyboard on all my tablets.
