Unusually dead in 6 hours

I sometimes sleep with the phone plugged in and charging with no problems.... One night last week I unplugged at 830am to go to work and it was dead by noon for no apparent reason. Its been fine since then but just that one instance had me worried. But so far its been an isolated incident.

I can probably go through the day from 6am-6pm and be at about 25-30% left. I don't use it the phone heavily,maybe about an 1hr or 2 of browsing, but not continuous. By the time i get home, i plug the phone in to charge and it stays plugged in until the next morning when i wake up my my alarm the the last two days I've waken up to a dead phone and no alarms. Love my TB, but very annoyed about this battery issue.

Has anyone complained to Verizon and HTC? We need to do that now. This is ridiculous.
