There are few folders that shows after each reboot even after it is deleted.

. UTSystemConfig / .DataStorage / fac_sources / did / dtcp

Few websites said this is created by some browser or chinese app which I didn't find on my device.

I doubt if this is some kind of malware or spyware sharing information to other computer as webportal/webapp last login shows date of 1970 and few device settings gets compromised automatically along with security password even after regular check.

Inbuilt app lock and few pre-installed applications appears twice under app management.

Background process of few applications automatically gets started even when it is restricted.

Device synchronisation doesn't sync as per given command and some applications like calander, doc requires manual synchronisation.

Device manufacturer(Xiaomi) is unable to fix it and asking to reset the device to factory version every now and then.

Looking for suggestions to fix it along with app source causing this issue.

This certainly seems like a system directory. I wouldn't be concerned about this. If you get worried about every single directory on a phone that you don't recognize immediately, you'll drive yourself a bit batty.;)

Certain system apps may show up more than once because they may have separate components that are named the same thing (e.g., the Phone app). Also, if your phone has the ability to have multiple accounts for certain apps (like social media apps), that might cause them to show up more than once.

Background process of few applications automatically gets started even when it is restricted.

How are you restricting these apps? Are you restricting their background data usage, or is there an option to prevent the apps from opening at all? Restricting background data won't prevent an app from opening into RAM.

Device synchronisation doesn't sync as per given command and some applications like calander, doc requires manual synchronisation.

Any power-saving modes turned on, or 3rd party battery saver or "RAM booster" apps installed? If so, turn them off/uninstall them. Also, if you have any Battery Optimization settings turned on for those apps, try turning them off.

There's inbuilt battery saver pre-installed as component of security app by manufacturer that can be set to keep apps off at background that seems bypassing settings and user permission.

Added to that I am experiencing multiple interference in screentouch of my device as well. For example going on different thread of opened article, opening other feature than opened in any app, going on different page than opened in browser and different word tapping on keypad than pressed.

That's happening with most of the social media app or any communication based app.

At times some of my important mails have also been wiped off from sent folder or moved to different folder than where it was kept to maintain records of communication.

Looking for urgent suggestion to fix such issues.

Added to that I've attached details about periodic log generation as well that gets generated automatically even when debug mode of device is set off.

Shall appreciate earliest suggestion to fix all this on priority.

Not much I can suggest for that apart from either (a) rooting the device and trying to disable those system apps (which I wouldn't recommend if you don't have experience with rooting), or (b) avoiding these manufacturers who insist on loading their phones with terrible bloatware that tends to affect performance, and in more extreme cases exposes the user to security risk. You haven't mentioned which phone you have, but since I see MIUI mentioned in one of the screenshots, I'm assuming it's a Xiaomi. The unfortunate truth is that a lot of these Chinese manufacturers love packing in this kind of junk, and it can be hard to get rid of it.

The first thing to try would be to remove any screen protector, since poorly fitted protectors can cause phantom touches. If you don't have a screen protector, or if the phantom touches persist without the protector on, then see if they persist in Safe Mode. Not knowing which phone you have, I would suggest you do a simple web search for "[your phone] safe mode" to learn how to do it.

Debug logs are not particularly worrisome. That seems to be a system process, so if it's really important for you to get rid of it, you'd have to gain a lot more experience with rooting and digging into the system. The forums at XDA-Developers.com is generally a better resource for that kind of thing.

Added to above issues mentioned; I'd like to highlight that somebody else seems accessing screentouch and other apps of my device as everyday my screenlock password is getting breached and device customisation settings are getting changed. It is also causing change of text and typing error while communicating with most important people.

Not sure if it is happening through IP or DNS; As I can see multiple dns from different geography on my device and different geo location from same IP while using different apps. Telecom service provider said everything is fine at there end and they are working endlessly to fix rest of issues. Ultimately it is proven to cause damage in every possibility.

As contacted Xiaomi; They reviewed all the issues and dramatically asks to reset the device again when nearby service center is not operational and google is not returning my gmail account intentionally where I had saved all of my device backup data.

Looking for immediate suggestions to fix these.

How do you know your screenlock password is getting breached? What settings are changing? I'm just wondering, if somebody was able to truly hack into your phone, why would they just change random customization settings and cause texting errors. Why wouldn't they just go straight for your sensitive data, like your financial information?

Are you saying that you haven't done a factory reset because you haven't been able to back anything up?
