Update Available - what's in it.

I have an LG G6+ Amazon Prime edition. I received notification of the following update. Does anyone know what it is? Security patches, oreo?

Honestly, I usually prefer to let others be the guinea pig for updates and wait until I know they are stable.

Tried a Google search for that update, and got nothing. Maybe you could reach out to either LG or Amazon? Although if it's unlocked, I'm not sure Amazon would have any input on updates for the phone.

According to lg-firmwares.com, it is not Oreo, probably just the Jan security updates.

seems too big to be a security update and too small to be Oreo . .

The March update for the Pixel 2 was almost 1.25GB, so I wouldn't say it's too big for a security update. (The Pixel update was security and a few minor changes.)

On my s8 oreo was cca 1.25gb

That's too "little" to be oreo. My brother's oreo for s8 was heavy 1.5 gb.
