No update available here. Wouldn't the smart thing to do be to perform the update and report back? Unless you're rooted.

Yeah I'm rooted so I don't want to do it yet, it came up while I was at work today.

What software number are you on now? If it's not 2.17.651.5 that's what it's trying to give you.

you will need the stock recovery to take the update, i see you said you are rooted so i assume you have a custom recovery installed

Just talked to sprint rep , she said the update for 3vo has already pushed out like a week ago , but since there was some bugs they have banned the update for now , but she also said if at&t is going to receive the update today then 3vo will get the update today or tomorrow!

Well , Htc vivid is mostly the same hardware as 3vo except the camera , so they are in the same group.

I'm sure ill be corrected if I'm wrong but if you're on 2.08, then its probably the 2.17 update.

yes I'm on stock rom, but shouldn't I have gotten the 2.17 update awhile back? I'm sure it's not ics now. Hope yall don't think I'm trollin haha

it seems like you would have. so how did you root? did you just downloaded superuser from the market?
and you didnt install a custom recovery to flash roms? should be good to go then and take the update
