update/boot loop, next step trash!

tried to unroot phone, still said "custom" when restarted. downloaded update, ran update, update failed. restarted, before it booted, tried update again. update failed. keeps going. hold buttons down to go to recovery mode. starts update again. tried to use odin. cant find exact rom needed for core prime sm-g360v. ones i used keeps failing. to top it off, every time i download stuff from forum help sites, piles more and more maliware on my pc.

You need to find the factory firmware for your model device. Unfortunately I can't help you beyond that as I'm not sure where you will be able to find that file other than searching online or XDA.
