I am basically losing my mind, since the update my batter life is atrocious I have done everything in my power to get it back to normal, I spoke to customer service rep and they stated that the update is affecting some people but ughhh why me, they transferred me to technical support because I am to the point where I would cancel this service because why have a phone and I cannot use it, what pissed me off is that my son was calling me and my phone completely shut off even though it stated a full charge, thank goodness he was alright but what if it was important? Anyway technical support was very nice and offered me a free extended battery, downfall to that is they have none in stock smh, the rep stated they would send me one as soon as they are available but also told me they have been out of stock for three weeks. I really love this phone but I am extremely frustrated, great phone that I cannot use, what a load of crap. These problems are making the iphone that I used to have look better and better. Sorry guys I?m just extremely Pissed Off!
