Update Motox Dev edition

So I have the Developer Edition MotoX 1st gen. When I click on update phone it boots into a teamview screen and I don't know what to do from there.

Please help me update my phone.

Also my screen is cracked. How hard is it to replace the screen or do you recommend anybody to do it.
