Update PRL with CM10?

Is there any way to update the PRL when I'm on CM10? I can't find that option anywhere?

If memory serves me correct (someone correct me if I'm wrong), you have to flash a TW ROM to do the PRL update then flash back to CM.

You would be correct. Cm doesn't have the software to do so with.

However you shouldn't have to flash a prl on att as they don't even use prl's. They are CDMA only.
