Also, there is a very good chance you can get Sprint to not charge/credit the $18 activation fee. I already called and they put a note in my file for it to be waived.

really no restocking fee and free shipping? sprint even asks for $35 on a returned device. if this is true, that would be very nice indeed.
I've returned phones to Sprint before also and they didn't charge me the $35 fee, and from what I've heard if you're nice you can ask them to waive it.

Usually they are really cool about waiving the small fees to keep you on board with the monthly charges ... The restocking and activation fees are basically a filter for the ones that abuse the 30 day return policy ... They get a different phone every thirty days so Sprint hits them hard.
So the price is back to 179.99....is there any way to still get the 149.99 price? I really dropped the ball on this one....:'(
I have a buddy that works for the post office and he says when companies have big launchers with pre orders most of the time the delivery date is the exact same date of when the stores sell them .... They usually already have them at the post office or ups or wherever but can't deliver until that specific date .... I've seen this with many big launches.

80% positive they have them in stock already, or will have them by tomorrow. The thought of bringing in and verifying the 3D shipment from Sprint on the 24th, then processing through all of the 3D pre-orders, handling the bagillion other phone orders they have, all before the FedEx guy returns that afternoon/evening seems daunting.
I actually asked several times if they verified my Premier Gold status if they would ship earlier. No go, of course, but you never know if you don't ask.
