Also, there is a very good chance you can get Sprint to not charge/credit the $18 activation fee. I already called and they put a note in my file for it to be waived.
No restocking fee, and free return shipping. Also on a side note, I returned it within the 14 day period so I'm not making any promises about them honoring Sprint's 30 days like they're supposed to.
really no restocking fee and free shipping? sprint even asks for $35 on a returned device. if this is true, that would be very nice indeed.
I've returned phones to Sprint before also and they didn't charge me the $35 fee, and from what I've heard if you're nice you can ask them to waive it.

So the price is back to 179.99....is there any way to still get the 149.99 price? I really dropped the ball on this one....:'(

Between waiting for wirefly to ship and waiting for my damn tpu case from amazon i'm getting pretty ansy
I tweeted them the question.. they said they should be ready to ship on the 24th, and their stock is good for their pre-orders. tho, looks like it was incomplete...f the boards...i might be overcome with envy.
so shipping on friday? It's looking like a monday delivery then. I'll have to stay off the boards...i might be overcome with envy.
