Update

I have a HTC Desire 526 G dual sim, 4.4.2 KitKat. I buyed this phone in 2016, and i have not done a single update. When i press "Check for updates", it says "Your system is up to date", but I am not so sure about that. So, can you guys figure what's the problem here, or if it is just me thinking wrong ? Thanks.

That device is now over 2 years old and did receive an update to Lollipop. However, those updates may also be carrier-dependent and your specific model never had an update released for it.

Unfortunately, I'm not seeing (with a quick search) any way to manually update that device.
