Updating Gear S2

I just got a refurbished Gear 2, to pair with my Note 4. So far I love it. But I'm unable to get it to update. I have tried via the Gear software and the watch while attached to wifi. It downloads the 150 meg file, fine in both instances. But when it updates it gets to 2% and reboots. I think I'm starting from the original firmware (r720xxu2aoil) on the watch. Anyone run into this?

I would try to do a full factory reset, then try to re-install the update. I've personally never seen it fail while updating.

I did that twice, pressing the button multiple times, resetting and connect to wifi, try to update.. Failed.

Where did you get the used watch from

A4C.com I have ordered from them before, there are really good. I sent the watch in for replacement.
