Upgraded to lollipop 5.0, sucks, now how do I go back?

I upgraded to lollipop 5.0 this morning on my S5 and I absolutely hate it. I haven't had any of the problems people have been posting about warm batteries and lagging, I just hate everything they upgraded. The floating icons, the settings layout, the new notification panel/bar, ESPECIALLY THE LOCK SCREEN BECAUSE IT JUST SAYS VERIZON WIRELESS AND DOESN'T SHOW THE LITTLE ICONS LIKE IT USED TO!!

So, how do I go back to kitkat 4.4?

Currently, I have samsung tech support trying to get rid of the verizon wireless part for me but he obviously doesn't know what he is doing.

These might help. The process is not easy, mind you, as it requires you to basically flash a different ROM onto your device.
