That is exactly I am thinking of doing. May have a good trade in price for the S10 when the Note comes out.If it doesn't lock you into any contract and you don't use the s-pen much then I would go ahead, you will get a much better trade in price for the S10 when Note 10 comes out and have a new fun device to play with until then![]()
And yes plan on getting it unlocked. That is exactly I am thinking of doing. May have a good trade in price for the S10 when the Note comes out.
Looks like Samsung is offering the same trade in price on their website.
Samsung site $999, trade in up to $550, so $450 to play with a new phone?
why not wait for Note 10 and sell the note 8 on ebay for maybe $400?
currently S10+ on ebay can be had for $900, and currently Note 8 is about $350. The outlay is actually about $600, if you count ebay/paypal fees and shipping on the $350 that you will get... so... 900 - 300 = $600... and yes, on eBay, one never knows what one will get, so you will have to substract a few dollars for the aggravation.
i guess it all comes out the same in the end...
and if you trade one in now, the outlay is $450
I'm just thinking out loud now... so when the Note 10 comes out, the Note 8 may be worth $300 for trade in [currently an S8+ trades in at 300], so still another 600-700 outlay.
why does life have to be so complicated?
