Upgrading to MR2 OTA Question

I'm currently running the leaked MR2 Radio with BAMF 1.8 Remix. I want to update to the MR2 OTA Radio.

Can someone tell me the right way to do this? I've already performed a Nandroid backup. Can I simply wipe cache/dalvik and then run the update via bootloader? I don't want to wipe my data if it's not needed.

Thanks.

First off, I'm assuming you mean BAMF 1.8.6 ... yes? BAMF 1.8 does not work with MR2 radios.

Assuming that is the case, then yes, that's all you need to do. Actually, you really don't need to wipe anything as far as I know to install radio. Just download, place on SD card, check MD5, boot into bootloader and flash away.

Download file... rename the file to PG05IMG and if you can see the file extensions PG05IMG.zip then boot into bootloader and flash the new driver.

You don't have to clear cache or anything... just load it. Make sure you are downloading the correct radio for your ROM.

I'm definitely running BAMF Remix 1.8 on the (MR2)PG05IMG.zip unofficial radio release. Are you saying I cannot flash the new MR2 OTA radio with my current configuration?

[EDIT] or maybe I'm not running the leaked mr2 radio. Just flashed the OTA MR2 radio and didn't get a signal, reflashed the leaked MR2 and still not getting a signal... suggestions?

[EDIT 2] I restored my nandroid backup and radio is still not working... WTF>? Does nandroid not back up/restore radio as well?

[EDIT 3] Screw it. Figured I mine as well install BAMF 1.8.6 so I backed up, wiped, installed ROM/Radio and everything is working fine.
