Uploading Files to Tab s3

I need to upload some text, photo and video files to my Tab S3 from my PC.
I can't find anything on this forum, other than switching the SD card (Ugh!)
I will appreciate any help.

Have you tried plugging it in to the computer using USB and using the notification shade to adjust the connection type to allow file transfers?

I just found out that the fast charger cable is also a USB cable, so I did manage to connect the tab to the computer. Now I'm trying to figure out the file structure.

Photos and videos taken by the Camera app should be in the directory /DCIM/Camera.
