So anyways I contact AT&T over this and the CSR said AT&T would do the warranty work, whatever that means. I don't have AT&T so I don't know how their warranty works. Here's a transcript of my chat with a CSR. This is more reassuring than what LG has been saying and done.

Dang : what is wrong with the watch? LG will not say anything outside "hardware issue"

Dang : i have no issue with the watch, i am however cocnernt hat if an issue pops up, neither AT&T nor LG will help me
Bryan : No worries, for devices there will be a one year warranty for devices that you purchased from us.
Dang : how? you sold me the watch, you didnt make the watch?
Bryan : Yes and even we are not the manufacturer the watch, we will still cover the warranty for you since we are the one who sold you the device.
Dang : where do it say that? i cant find that anywhere on your website
Bryan : Have you check the receipt that we gave you and did you sign anything regarding with the warranty?
