When I hold the power button led flashes 3 times red and i put it on charge for likely 5 hours last night,but the result is same,neither the phone is charging nor powering up!!!

It looks similar to the problem there, and it doesn't look like it something you can fix.

There are some people reporting holding the power+vol down will turn on the phone. You can try that as well.
