How many times did you call the CS reps?

Everytime you made a call they move your purchase date back 1 day.

I only called for the automated message once so I don't think my date was touched.

Actually a picture is kind of useless it just says:

It should update within a few hours, let me know when you get a delivery date. If i don't get a tracking number today for Monday delivery I'm going to sams club first thing in the morning.

I ordered the 16gb+case on 6/27 @3pm pst....still no credit card charge or email.

I called on Monday to insure that ordering the case wouldn't delay my order and Jared with Play Customer Service assured that it wouldn't.
