I live less than 2 miles from my UPS distribution center where my Nexus is sitting right now. I also opted to have them hold it for customer pickup and hopefully with enough time that it never gets put on the truck in the morning. So it should be available for me to go pick up when I wake up hopefully. Worse case scenario if for some reason it gets put on the truck you can pick it up at night at the distro center. I do this all the time because I miss alot of my packages due to work.

Ordered mine on July 8, just got latest departure time at 2:20 am. It's on its way to the main hub and I will get it by the end of Tuesday.

Since, I ordered late, I hope early birds will get their Nexus 7 later too

This is what bugs me. No offense to you personally BTW. But there just doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to the shipping schedule. I ordered on July 7th, and have no charge or info. Many people who ordered on June 27th don't either. Different configurations, with or without cases.... As a consumer looking at the shipping process from the outside, it doesn't make any sense at all.

Guess mine won't be delivered today, from the updates it just left Kentucky this morning but it still says it's scheduled to deliver in 3 hours, doubt it gets here in that amount of time so sick of the lies and bad updates! This has tainted my view of Google and UPS forever!

I have a feeling something went wrong with their process. That's the only thing that makes sense. I ordered on 6/28 and have heard nothing. I haven't called Google cs yet. I'm just going to wait it out and see what happens, then in the future I just will not preorder anything from the play store again.
