I'm sitting at the front desk of where I work (I'm the IT Specialist filling in for our receptionist). Our UPS delivery just came and I asked him about it. He only said that will be his "next headache." I couldn't pry anymore info out of him. Seems he was briefed on it already.
US release date could be July 12th!

Just called my local Gamestop, was told they have them in store and were originally supposed to be distributed tomorrow, but they were just told no one is allowed to distribute them tomorrow and they have to wait for word from Google. He claims it's due to some sort of licensing issue. I'm taking this with a grain of salt but I just figured I'd let you know what I've heard.
Thanks. That's what we've been hearing since yesterday. We can only hope we get them by Monday or Tuesday I'd say.
i just went to gamestop to finish paying off my preorder i was originally in the second wave which was 8/7 but the recent i have now says 7/12 even though the salesman said as far as he knows he can't give them out tomorrow although they are in his store. who knows what this means but i got excited haha

Lol, that reminds me of the scene in Night at the Roxbury, where they try to bribe the door bouncer with "Mr. Washington"...
I just talked to my Gamestop just to torture myself and they don't know when it will ship either.
