Usb connection keeps popping up on y notification bar

Well for the recprd a USB Connection settings(tap to change) just popped up on my notification bar but whenever i change it to whatever the options are-> Charging only, File Transfer, Power Supply, etc.. it just keeps comming back up. If you could help me please do just dont say anything about a laptop or a computer cuz i dont got one of those. thanks

Most likely you have malware in your phone, it will ask you for USB settings until you enable developer mode, then your phone is doom. check any sideloaded app or those apps not mainstream from g.play.

Try to clean the USB port of your device. Perhaps there is dirt in the charging port that influences the connection. And check and disable developer mode on you device.

Did you enable the USB Debugging Mode when you connected your Android to the computer?
