USB Connection Settings, Can I get some help?

USB Connection Settings

At some point right after I got my phone I plugged it into my laptop. I clicked on the notification that came up and was given the option to change how it connects to my laptop. One of the options was "Charge Only". I cannot find anywhere in the settings where to change it back. Can some one help?

can you swipe down on the home screen while connected? If yes, you can touch on the charge notification and change the settings (this is how it works on my phone-just tested)

Doesn't look like I can. It is plugged into my laptop and charging.

What OS are you running on the laptop?

Odd. Win7 automatically sees my G4 as another USB external drive type device, no drivers needed.
