USB Debugging gone.

I recently reset my Gear and now the option for USB Debugging is no longer there? Am I missing something or did Samsung move it somewhere else?

It's still there, just go to settings scroll all the way to bottom to gear info. You will see (about gear) press on it you'll see(software version) press on it 7 times and it will unlock debugging.
