USB port is a tank!

Today I was charging my phone like normal and (I am SO careful not to drop the phone while its plugged in) and it fell and I had to wiggle the wire to charge the phone. I thought I seriously broke the charge port. Which I am upset about because I keep the phone in a lifeproof and it still smells new and looks new and Ive had it since November. I took the phone apart and all and turned out the charge port actually broke the USB wire! Its really amazing because usually the charge port breaks if it falls.


Just wanted to let you all know the phone is really tough!!!

Usually the charging port just becomes disconnected (and can be fixed by just resoldering it). But when a manufacturer builds the case right, putting enough strain on the port will more likely break the connector on the cable rather than the port. Good for Motorola.
