That is correct. Sometimes it will vary if the item is already on special pricing or another discount code and/or discount program is used in conjunction with the coupon.

However, most of the time it should be 10%. For example, if you add a Note 10+ smartphone to your cart, the coupon does discount a full 10% off the price. But you are correct, sometimes it will indeed vary depending on the circumstances on certain items.

Damn I wish I had this promo code when I pre-ordered the Note10+, would be a $50 savings. My device is still on back-order and I even tried to do the chat with Samsung and they said they cannot modify an existing order to add the promo code....

Unfortunately once an order is placed on Samsung.com, no alterations can be made to the order. I learned that the hard way and definitely feel your pain.

Hmm, that's odd. Make sure you copy and paste the code exactly with NO spaces in between (in front or after the code). If that doesn't work, you must have one of the rare few items that Samsung does not allow for any discount or has already been heavily discounted.

The coupon should work on almost everything you purchase on Samsung.com, however, if an item or items is already discounted by being bundled, then the discount may decrease since the bundled items are technically already discounted.

You won't know the exact amount until you add them to your cart and input the coupon. Good luck.
