Hi,
after installing Verizon's 4.0 update my battery life went down substantially and phone lag up considerably. Using OS Monitor I find that PID 911 "User Dictionary" android.process.acore is potentially the culprit with long period's of 40% + cpu utilization (while phone is idle).

Anyone has any idea what that process is and how I can fix the issue?

Thanks!!

that's a new one for me. have you tried resetting the phone by holding the volume down, and the power button at the same time? has helped knocked some system bugs in my case a few times.

Actually, I've reset twice and every time the same thing happens under a different process. First it was Motorola Input, now it's Contacts - all of them under android.process.acore. I'm thinking maybe OS Monitor is mistaken in the process name and the problem is actually in this android.process.acore thing. But still - how can I address the problem?
