Using a phone without a case?

As I wrote previously I use a padded leather folio w/naked screen. It adds some bulk but by removing the hard, angular edges it actually makes the S8+ and Note 8 feel smaller. Belive it or not.

Same here, and you're right: it really does make my S8+ look smaller. Love the look, feel and grip.

If you want to protect your expensive equipment, it is absolutely necessary to buy a mobile phone case.

I did for awhile because I rarely drop my phones but lately I've been stupid so I'm back with cases except when I'm at home.

I dropped my OnePlus 6 twice after just a few months, most recent was because I couldn't find the case and had to leave...you can guess what happened. LOL

I sold it and my Huawei P20 Pro is coming tomorrow.

Share photos of your new phone when it arrives :)

I had a rough experience in the past with my brand new galaxy s4 which i dropped while sitting on the chair and its screen still broke. ever since that i have never taken off my phones protective case which saved me quite some time when i accidentally dropped my phone.

What a horrible experience! :( I am the same way. I don't like taking my phones out of their case... And when I do, it's either for a handful of minutes or to apply a new screen protector.

I've always used a case. Until my S8 Active which I am only using a glass screen protector.

Aside from replacing the screen protector after a fall off a ladder, looks like new.

Pictures by S9 plus on auto. That one has a case and screen protector. I'm starting to feel that curved edges on phones are like curved TV screens. Really neat, impressive, hard to pull off, but not really an improvement.
