Hello everyone, hopefully someone can help with this cause I am feeling hopeless...

So here's the situation: I tried rooting a couple of months back with no success, so I just gave it up, but my phone was never the same after that.

So I started looking into doing a full factory reset and came up with the "Flash the stock firmware using Odin" method

i downloaded the right model firmware from sammobile's website, updated the samsung drivers, put my phone in download mode, and started the flashing process with Odin. The guide said it would take a couple of minutes but after hours of being stuck (it didnt show PASS or FAIL, just didn't show any progress) I decided to unplug, turn off Odin, restart everything and do it again. Same thing happened... so I decided to leave it on like that all night, hoping when I woke up the whole thing would be finished. I woke up today and it was the same thing... no progress.

I am now stuck with a phone that shows the "An error occurred while updating device software". Only thing I can do is get to the Download mode but the Odin method is not working... I have attached a picture of what it looks like...
I tried using smart swich emergency recovery, but I h(ave no idea what my serial # is - I tried every number under the bar codes on the box and none of them worked...( RS #, MEID EX, ICC ID, MEID DEC )

Is there any other solution I can try? Did I mess up the phone for good? What are my alternatives here... Thank you soo much in advance for any help.
