Using the RAZR M overseas

I am going to Germany and the Czech Republic in April. I'd obviously like to be able to use my phone... Should I just rely on wifi hotspots or should I (or can I) use a pre-paid data card?

I know the M is "Global Ready", but does that mean that it is unlocked for other carriers?

Make sure you get your phone unlocked.

Very easy to do. Works like a charm. Total sim unlock do it yourself and free. It is my understanding that the phone is overseas sim unlocked out of the box anyways.

If you do this, I would start at post #182. Also at step #9 I had to hit enter after inserting the 00. You will understand when you get to that step.
