UXToolkit HTC One M7 (Unlock bootloader, flash recovery, root, S-OFF)

Hey Wizzrah I Flashed a Rom On My HTC One..With S-On.... But when I Go into Recovery and want to make a Back up of the AT&T ROM that came with the Phone ..I get an Error ..

Is TWRP Corrupt...? Can You Flash TWRP again...

Iam Too afraid to Do any thing with this New HTC One...

Wait, I'm confused. Did you make the backup before you flashed the ROM or after? You should of made it before flashing. Also, if your phone is stuck in a bootloop, remember to flash the boot.img in fastboot.

Just used firewater to S-OFF an HTC One hboot 1.56.

Can you tell me what ROM you're using and your firmware version?

If I try and set up my device the same as yours I might get a positive result.

Does it make a difference if I'm using twrp 2.7.0.0?

Just tried using revone and all goes well up to the point where I type su, my device doesn't ask for superuser permission. Could this be my problem?

Revone is only supports up to hboot 1.44 I think. Download root checker from the play store and see if superuser is working properly. That might be why firewater/rumrunner is not working.

I did it for someone over team viewer. The person had an AT&T One running the 4.4 Sense 5.5 update. Hboot 1.56.

No Wizzrah Phone is Fine But when I want to make a Backup of my Current AT&T Rom that came with the phone Its says Failed...

thinking about Running the RUU File Out there But am too Scared...Dont know if S-Off is neede or do you have to Relock the Bootloader...Just Not smart e-nuf

AHH Haa....Figured it out, The TWRP I flashed wth the ToolKit was Bad...Reflashed it on my own after learning how to do it and Phone Is Whole again......Yippee

bootloader is unlocked, all directions followed. I downloaded TWRP just fine, and when I click Flash, my command prompt is stuck on "sending recovery". It has been stuck for a good 10 mins now.

Is there a workaround for this? any help is greatly appreciated..

Reboot the phone and try again. Make sure you are using USB 2.0.

I just did - i'm getting the same thing... I also made sure fast boot is turned off (not sure if that matters).
I also tried checking how to do it manually and I'm having issues with the SDK not a good day for me. lol

So you successfully unlocked the bootloader? Are you on 4.1.1 jellybean? Also, are you using win 7 or win 8/8.1?

I am on 4.3 - bootloader was just fine. TWRP recovery never worked after multiple attemps. I ended up choosing a different option (the 3rd choice, installing a preferred recovery) and i put CWM on it.
I am now trying the root option and it is not working. It can't find my device whether im in fastboot or my home screen.
