You can download a rom from here. Choose one from 4.1.1 sense 4+

As for the connection problem, you can try mounting it in recovery.

hey wizzrah, I have a quick question, I was messing around with my wife one vx and I went into recovery by mistake.....I was in the bootloader, and I got a red triangle and a !.....now I cant get it to turn on. just the 3 bottom buttons flash. What do I need to do?

Safe mode??? Do you have an os installed? Like a custom ROM? Or is it stock
Try holding power and vol up until it stops flashing then. Press and hold again and see if boot loader comes up. Then if you have a ROM whether stock or custom try rebooting or powering down

It is completely stock, I meant to click on fastboot but I didn't notice I had moved down. I have held the power button for about 2 minutes, abd they never stop flashing....even tried to ft back to bootloader, with no luck.

Hold the power until it shuts off and then boot it back up.
