Never seen that before, I would suggest to keep trying. Or re-download the toolkit. After trying these two things and motochopper still does not work, I have something else for you.

I tried again and still didnt work, downloaded the toolkit again from another one of the links and tried with that one again a couple of times and it still gave me the same message

Download this, Unzip it, and then click on One X.bat

downloaded, unzipped, clicked on one x.bat, a message came up on the command prompt, not sure where to go from here

Here is how you check to see if it worked. Go to bootloader mode. If it says tampered, it worked.

I've noticed my LTE signals are weaker but no major drops have happened.

Here is how you check to see if it worked. Go to bootloader mode. If it says tampered, it worked.

So are you running beastmode kernel? And did you do anything special or did you just flash it, like did you do anything to the settings of the kernel?

Yes I am running beastmode kernel. Just go to the link I provided and drag the zip to your sdcard. Then go to recovery, find the zip, and flash it. Just go with all the default settings. You can change the clock speed later.

Ohh haha I know how to flash it lol, but I was wondering if you did anything special to the settings of the kernal or did you just let it run. my phone keeps restarting and signal loss. Im just trying to figure out how to fix this. I was using cleanRom but ill give Viper another try did you do viper 4.0.0 then update to 4.2.2 or just went strait to 4.2.2? also when flashing a kernal do I need to wipe cache like a rom. its these small thinsg I need to learn about sorry about all the questions, but much appreciated.

No wipe cache is needed but flash the Rom before the kernel. Flash 4.0 first then 4.2.

May I recommend ViperXL?

I currently trying out ViperXL, but noticing my battery draining quickly also notice no service coming out of prolonged time with screen off. I turned on the ATT signal fix and turned off sleep but still getting some problems.

Wow, you are not the first to experience to have signal loss. Thats a shame because I really like ViperXL. As for the battery life, I suggest you flash Beastmode kernel so you can control your cpu clock speed.

I have adjusted my min clock speed to 1.1ghz and then changed the governor to powersave.

Thanks for the tutorial. I am rooting my phone for the first time. I have already unlocked the bootloader. I have a quick query.....Is it mandatory to do S-Off before I root my AT&T HTC one X.
