Weired. I'm testing it with my headphone while watching your video, lol. Nothing.

Beside that. My headphone connector can wiggle around the plug if you jerk left to right. Tested on S7 edge and it's fine.

If its doing it with all headphones take it back because mine doesn't behave that way.

This jack did require quite a bit more force than any other phone!

Omg I think that was it! I'm feeling a little stupid right now but a bit of addl force and it clicked in all the way, nice and snug,
Thanks for the suggestion. Like I said, feeling stupid but relieved at the same time!

I had the same issue, so thanks for posting this. You really do have to push the headphones in hard. I guess it's a really secure connection though.

Yeah push until it clicks I had the issue to..but thats how I solved it..try several times until it clicks

Hi all. Just got a new v20. Headphone jack is not a very firm connection and is prone to be nudged out of position if it is bumped.

Anyone else?

Are you sure its not the problem caused by the jack not being fully pushed in? That was the problem the OP had and what most people experience.

Are you sure it's not your 3.5mm jack? Try a different Jack. Also try pushing it in all the way in. Headphone jack for my V20 is still fine.

You are replying to an 8 month old post and the problem was resolved

for me the b&o's that came with it stay tight and all the way in but my old jbl's are loosely held in position.
