I?m currently studying abroad in Dublin, Ireland and across the pond from my wonderful boyfriend. My Droid Bionic is essentially useless in Ireland and we are relying on the cheapest phone in Ireland to keep in touch. I would love a GSM unlocked smart phone and a Nexus 4 would certainly go a long way in helping me to keep in touch with friends and family, not to mention the amazing photospheres I could be taking at all the sites I visit abroad.
