I was in a Verizon store today in hopes that they had a DX demo, i've heard that some do, to see about getting my hands on it. They didn't have one, so I went over to play with the DI for a little bit. Much to my enjoyment, someone logged into Facebook on the friendstream and didn't log out before leaving the store. Naturally I had to abuse this opportunity. I updated their status as "I logged into Facebook at the Verizon store on the incredible and didn't log out. Big mistake" and then I uploaded an extreme close up of my son's face captioned "the vandal". I'm extremely proud of this.

I think I like this story because you didn't act like a total **** and write something totally obscene. Nice one though, bet it confused the hell outta him.

Well I live in Utah, so I made sure to keep it very clean just in case. Not that I would have gone to town with obscenities if I had been elsewhere, but you're on your toes more here. That guy totally set himself up for it though.

umm ok.... though I am not sure if I would have wanted even an extreme close up of my kids face on another persons account!

That was actually something I debated about for a few moments before posting here. I decided that since I went in to a store looking for an X that it could fit here, but mostly it was because I haven't posted much in the other forums and recognize people here more. I may have made an incorrect assumption.

No harm no foul. I just moved it to general for ya. Was a relief to come to a thread named Vandalism and not see something that needs deleted lol.

That was something I didn't debate at all. It was always to be named Vandalism, and it always will be.

a friend of mine works for Apple in California and he's always forgetting to log out of Facebook at work - his co-workers have been less than kind when updating his status and posting messages on his wall :P

he's done it at least a half a dozen times so far - you'd think he'd have learned by now

When I worked for **name withheld :p**, a customer came in with his very attractive gf and were looking at phones to upgrade. he probably should have signed out of his e-mail..... or at least removed the ones with subjects like "don't you wish you were here right now?" that had attachments...

So teaching your son how to "vandalize" and "abuse" was a better option for him than the park, fishing, bike ride, ice cream, frisbe, playground, library, or a walk...

Well he's 4 months old, so its not like I was giving him a phone and saying "here, son, this is how to be rude to someone". Also, FYI, I was out on a walk with him and decided to stop into a Verizon store to try and check out the dx, I was in the store for about 10 minutes.

I wish my father new how to turn on a computer nonetheless manage to actually get a smartphone. Very nice prank btw.

Cool way to point out to the guy that he didn't log out of fb without being malicious.

Thanks for the story.
