Vanishing clock and widgets lockscreen bug

I thought this was the default clock? If anything I want my old clock back that the OneUI 6 update removed.

No, what is that? I've been hearing that name quite a bit. I prefer to use as little apps as possible. What does this app do that you recommend?
I don't want to complicate with Good Lock so I'll leave that alone for now but you can adjust and have more features with Good lock, this what the stock clock supposed to look like

Go to settings>lock screen>clock

Ah no worries; I will definitely keep an open mind to trying it out if I run into any more issues. So far after clearing thw cache partition, I have not been seeing the bug happen. But I will need to give it more time before I can feel comfortable with concluding.

Here's a quick tutorial on Good lock

The first thing that greets me today after I get up for the day is the return of the bug again. So I guess clearing the cache partition did absolutely nothing.

Right, but you wiped the cache partition just a day ago, and it came back already. So if it's not too restricting, try using the phone in Safe Mode for 24-48 hours and see if the problem stays away.

I did some research on this and found out I just had to install "FineLock" to then install GoodLock from as a workaround. I then installed the "Clock Face" module, and got a cool nifty roman numeral one. I suppose I will see if this will fix the bug now. Even if it doesn't, hey, cool new clock...

An update, and I don't want to jinx myself here, but an amount of time has passed where this bug definitely would have shown again and has not. I feel like this may be a result of me changing the Clock Style app (lock screen functionality) from Optimized to Unrestricted -- ever since I made this change, I have not yet seen the bug return. I hope that this was all I needed to do. Perhaps it was a result of some sort of optimization interfering with the lock screen's functionality.
