Verizon 20% off???

So I preordered the Pixel XL the 12th as my replacement for the Note 7. when I bought my Note 7 I turned in my Note 4 for a pricing adjustment on the edge plan from Verizon. Now I'm seeing that Verizon is doing a 20% off plus a trade in towards the Pixel XLwith an older phone.

I'm feeling a bit put through the ringer here. In a perfect world I'd have my Note 7 and be happy with my original deal. That's obviously not where we are. I feel like I lost my trade in phone and because I early adopted on the Pixel I'm not getting any of these discounts they are now offering... it's kind of frustrating

I ordered online too and called Verizon today. The lady told me I can absolutely return the phone ...pay the restocking fee...lose out on the free daydream vr promo and reorder the phone to get the 20% discount. I asked for a credit and she said no...screw Verizon.

Can't figure out why I can't get it to work. I have my Droid Turbo and it say update. I go through the online store purchasing and it says you are not able to use this promo. I was going to get the Pixel XL 128GB without a second thought and go by accessories at Verizon store before it arrived.. Going to call Verizon tomorrow if possible

Looks like the SAVE20 deal is over already. Verizon will still give me $200 trade-in for my old RAZR Maxx, but with a DPP I'm forced to give up UDP. SAVE20 was working last night, but not the trade-in.

Maybe I'll just wait until Black Friday and see what deals happen then.

Keep in mind I am on a business account but I just called and they gave me 20% when I mentioned the discount. The rep actually looked it up and only saw the $200 trade in but still gave me 20% credit. Actually she gave me more that 20%. I paid $485.99 for my Pixel XL 128GB as a 1-year upgrade price. I should have gotten $97.20 back with the 20% promo but she rounded it to $100 for me.

I spent a half hour on the phone with CS yesterday and they said they weren't aware of any 20% off promotion. They asked sales, sales said there was one but they didn't know what the dates were that it was going on. So they said since they couldn't find it, they couldn't give me the extra discount.

I've been trying the save20 on the website for the last 2 days and it hasn't worked once.

I'm having the same problem... Customer service swears it didn't exist. Wish I could resolve this. Since I'm within 14 day trial period I originally asked the day I saw and was given so much run around on how to redeem the offer. So I ran around like they asked and nothing, and now they don't care. Blah

They didn't give it to me on my discount it gave me a whole whopping $20....
